About The Job

What You Will Be Doing
- Produce daily sales invoices.
- Reconcile supplier statements to check for omissions/discrepancies.
- Post and allocate funds received based on customer remittances.
- Process customer credit card receipts.
- Enter manual invoices/credit notes.
- Upload key data to customer/supplier portals.
- Register and post general stock purchase invoices.
- Monitor generic email boxes and assign to team to respond.
- Provide cover/support for other roles within the department, including sales ledger, credit control and other ad-hoc duties as needed.
