About The Job

  • Salary: Up to £27,000 pa
  • Contract type: Permanent
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Location: Poole
  • Holiday: 30 days paid (incl. bank holidays)

What You Will Be Doing

  • Produce daily sales invoices.
  • Reconcile supplier statements to check for omissions/discrepancies.
  • Post and allocate funds received based on customer remittances.
  • Process customer credit card receipts.
  • Enter manual invoices/credit notes.
  • Upload key data to customer/supplier portals.
  • Register and post general stock purchase invoices.
  • Monitor generic email boxes and assign to team to respond.
  • Provide cover/support for other roles within the department, including sales ledger, credit control and other ad-hoc duties as needed.
