Overview
Reporting to: Business Transformation Director
Contract type: Fixed Term Contract โ 18 months minimum
Hours: 40 hours per week
What you will be doing
- Project Planning and Execution
- Define project scope, objectives and deliverables aligned with business goals
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets and resource allocation
- Oversee day to day project activities and ensure adherence to timelines
- Stakeholder and Team Management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and consultants
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and Senior Leadership team
- Facilitate change management and user adoption strategies
- Risk and Issue Management
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Resolve project related issues promptly to minimise impact
- Budget and Resource Management
- Track project costs and ensure delivery within budget
- Optimise resource utilisation and manage vendor relationships
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure ERP system configuration meets business requirements
- Conduct post implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & experience needed
- Proven ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Netsuite, Acumatica)
- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
- Strategic thinking and planning
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
