Overview

Reporting to: Business Transformation Director

Contract type: Fixed Term Contract โ€“ 18 months minimum

Hours: 40 hours per week

What you will be doing

  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Define project scope, objectives and deliverables aligned with business goals
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets and resource allocation
    • Oversee day to day project activities and ensure adherence to timelines
  • Stakeholder and Team Management
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams and consultants
    • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and Senior Leadership team
    • Facilitate change management and user adoption strategies
  • Risk and Issue Management
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
    • Resolve project related issues promptly to minimise impact
  • Budget and Resource Management
    • Track project costs and ensure delivery within budget
    • Optimise resource utilisation and manage vendor relationships
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure ERP system configuration meets business requirements
    • Conduct post implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & experience needed

  • Proven ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Netsuite, Acumatica)
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
  • Strategic thinking and planning
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
