Our client is looking for an operations administrator to join their Operations team, playing a key role in assisting the smooth running of the office, providing administrative support, assisting with scheduling executive meetings, collating ESG materials, and preparing corporate presentations and reports.

You will be acting as first point of contact for all facilities suppliers, managing the invoicing process for facilities suppliers, facilitating the coordination and updating of new and existing supplier contracts, and ensuring office supplies are kept in stock. You will also be involved with the creation and printing of marketing materials and publications, and contributing to the Operations content creation for the company intranet site.

You will bring:

  • At least one year’s experience of working within an insurance company/syndicate in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
