An exciting role for a motivated individual to join this Company Secretarial team at Group level as Company Secretarial Trainee. Reporting directly to The Company Secretary, you will play a key role by assisting in the smooth running of the Company Secretariat team, while gaining full exposure to all aspects of the Company Secretariat function, including assisting with the preparation and distribution of Board and Committee papers, maintaining statutory registers and Companies House filings.
The Company offers full support for CGI UK qualification, alongside mentoring and clear progression opportunities within the Company Secretariat function, with exposure to Group-level governance in a supportive and professional environment.
- Meeting Administration: Assist with the preparation, collation, formatting, and circulation of Board and Committee packs, and assist with circulating minutes, and may be called upon to draft minutes in the absence of the Company Secretary if required.
- Company Administration: Experience within a Company Secretarial department or supporting a Company Secretary/Company Secretarial function.
- Willingness and academic aptitude to undertake the appropriate training and qualifications, with financial and mentoring support from the business.
