We are seeking to recruit an experienced CSCS carded Finisher for our client for their new build housing developments in Horncastle. This is for 4 days holiday cover starting on Tuesday 26th May. You will need to be experienced in working on major construction sites, particularly new build house projects, and have a good level of construction experience, familiar with site Health and Safety.
We are seeking someone from a joinery background or with a good level of joinery experience for 2nd and final fix work in houses almost ready for handover. You will also be required to undertake basic filling, patching, painting, and general final finishing on new homes prior to completion/handover.
Our client is seeking reliable all-rounders who are prepared to get heavily involved in all site activity and who are not afraid of hard work.
All applicants must have:
- In date CSCS Card.
- 2 Checkable work references.
Rates are competitive and are paid hourly, either PAYE or via Umbrella CIS.
