We are seeking to recruit an experienced CSCS Multi Skilled Finisher for cover on our client's new build site in Market Rasen. This will be 6 days holiday cover starting on Monday 30th April. You will be required to undertake snagging work on completed new build properties and routine maintenance on recently occupied new build houses. We are seeking someone with excellent finishing skills and ideally a multi skiller who is presentable and a good communicator. Our client is one of the leading new home developers in Lincolnshire and enjoys an enviable reputation for their quality developments in both terms of design and construction standards. Their developments are varied, distinctive and different and they are looking for finishers to give the plot those final tweaks that take a house over and above the standard quality expected.
Role overview:
- Final finishing – to ensure all properties are completed to a very high standard.
- Complete internal and external sealant and caulking.
- Installation - Bath and shower screens, bathroom mirrors.
- Fine adjustments - Internal doors so they don't catch, lock mechanisms to ensure smooth operation, ease internal doors over carpets as required.
- Visit completed properties and rectify any reported defects.
- Be polite, punctual and well presented at all times.
- General works – Maintenance of site welfare facilities and part exchange properties.
Required experience:
- Second and final fix joinery.
- Kitchen fitting.
- Competent in painting and decorating.
- Multi Skilled.
You will require:
- In Date CSCS card.
- Full PPE.
- Contactable work reference.
