We are seeking a motivated, driven and hungry Assistant Site Manager who can come in and make a difference and help push on a large fast moving new build housing development working alongside the Site Manager.
The successful candidates will be responsible for day to day site activities, controlling sub contractors and ensuring that material supplies are available. Key responsibilities are meeting deadlines and making sure that quality standards remain high whilst keeping the health, safety and welfare of the site workforce a top priority.The successful applicant must have excellent management skills, with a thorough knowledge of both traditional and timber frame construction combined with a comprehensive health and safety understanding.
