We are looking to recruit a temporary Site Manager to support our client on their project on a secondary school in Leicester. This is a refurbishment and new build project which will commence during the school holidays. The role is for approximately 6-8 weeks commencing on or around 13th August.
The candidate must be an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in construction and must hold a valid DBS certificate due to the nature of the projects. The role will include:
- Managing day-to-day site operations
- Coordinating subcontractors
- Maintaining health and safety standards
- Monitoring progress against programme
- Liaising with the project team
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards
Key requirements:
- Experienced Site Manager
- Valid DBS certificate
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- CSCS card preferred
- Construction project experience
- Strong health and safety awareness
- Able to manage subcontractors and site operations
