Our client is currently seeking to recruit an experienced CSCS carded labourer for their new build housing development in Coningsby, Lincolnshire, as well as cover on sites in Bardney and Sibsey.
Our client is one of the leading new home developers in Lincolnshire and enjoys an enviable reputation for their quality developments in both terms of design and construction standards.
This position is to start as soon as possible and is an ongoing position. This may well lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
Due to the site locations, this role is ideally suited to someone with their own transport.
Roles & responsibilities
Assist with the locking of plots/buildings, storage containers, welfare facilities and the compound, Keep site tidy, ensuring the site is clean, tidy and presentable, General site duties as instructed by the site manager.
Always work in a safe manner, comply with all requirements of the Companys Health & Safety Policy, keep to social distancing measures.
You must have: • CSCS card, • 2 Contactable References, • Full PPE.
