Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing a high‑frequency trading platform for cryptocurrency markets, which includes collecting quotes and trades from and disseminating orders to exchanges worldwide.
- Optimizing this platform through network and systems programming, and other advanced techniques to minimize latency.
- Analyzing system throughput and latency performance, and building performance‑tracking tools.
- Developing systems that provide easy access to historical market data and trading simulations.
Qualifications
- A degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a software engineering role.
- A strong background in data structures, algorithms, and object‑oriented programming in C++.
- Brilliant problem‑solving abilities.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good understanding of the Linux operating system and networking (TCP/IP and UDP) is a plus.
