Responsibilities
- The HR Coordinator will support the EMEA HR Business Partners and Recruiters in handling coordination of interviews and support of daily recruitment and generalist responsibilities.
- Supporting the recruiting lifecycle by creating and posting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, gathering interviewer feedback, and creating offer letters.
- Maintaining candidate information in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
- Ensuring timely communication throughout the interview process to deliver an outstanding experience to all candidates.
- Maintaining confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Delivering the timely completion of onboarding and offboarding processes across EMEA locations.
- Providing administrative support on various HR generalist and recruiting processes such as the production of employment verification letters, immigration-related administration and general employee relations topics.
- Establishing effective working relationships with internal clients and stakeholders.
- Working closely with the global HR team members to ensure consistency in processes and identify opportunities for collaboration and efficiencies across regions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of recruiting and/or HR generalist experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Workday experience preferred.
