We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sustainability to embed sustainability into our investment strategies, operations, and corporate culture. This senior role will influence at all levels, drive ESG initiatives, and ensure compliance with global sustainability standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Tower Peak Partners\’ sustainability strategy aligned with our values and objectives.
- Integrate ESG considerations across the investment lifecycle, from due diligence to portfolio management and exits.
- Design sustainability policies, frameworks, and performance metrics.
- Advise investment teams on ESG risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with portfolio companies to promote sustainable practices.
- Oversee sustainability and ESG reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations and international standards and industry best practices.
- Represent Tower Peak Partners in sustainability forums, industry initiatives, and with key stakeholders.
- Foster a firm-wide culture of sustainability, enhancing awareness and engagement.

Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in sustainability within private equity, asset management, or as part of a CSR (corporate social responsibility) team at a large multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of ESG regulations, frameworks, and reporting standards (SFDR, SASB, IFC Performance Standards, TCFD, TNFD, GRI, PRI).
- Proven track record of integrating ESG into investment processes and driving sustainable value creation.
- Exceptional influencer with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to operationalise sustainability goals.
- At least a postgraduate degree in sustainability, environmental science, finance, or a related field preferred.
