We are looking for an enthusiastic host to join our team and help us continue to build Tower House into one of Richmond’s favourite places to eat, drink and spend time.. . This role is available for immediate start - 30-35 Hours per week.. .
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests and being the first point of call.
- Ensuring a pleasant welcome and cherry goodbye.
- Managing the cloakroom service.
- Seating guests, informing the management of any requirements.
- Supporting the senior team during service.
- Flexibility in working days and hours.
- Available to work evenings and weekends.
- Using Seven Rooms to maximise restaurant capacity.
- Menu and table plan printing.
- Supporting the restaurant team to turn tables.
- Reporting any problems to the relevant manager.
Requirements
- Passion for drinks, hospitality and guest experience.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and a willingness to help build something from the ground up.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in a similar environment desirable but not essential

Employment: Part-time
Salary: £15 – £15.5 hourly
