Our client is an innovative fintech company revolutionising the transfer agency landscape through cutting-edge technology. They simplify complex financial processes, reduce operational risks, and deliver top-tier solutions to a global client base. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly skilled PMO Analyst to support their project delivery and governance framework.

As a PMO Analyst , you will play a crucial role in driving project success, ensuring robust project planning, data governance , and senior stakeholder reporting within a dynamic financial services environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best-in-class project management processes, optimise workflows, and maintain compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Planning

  • Define project goals, scope, deliverables , and timelines for strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles , ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies , providing early risk mitigation strategies.
  • Gather business requirements , manage stakeholder expectations, and translate complex processes into actionable insights.
  • Utilise Jira and Confluence to manage project documentation, tracking, and collaboration.

Data Governance & Compliance

  • Develop and implement data governance frameworks to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
  • Collaborate with data governance teams to enforce data quality, security, and privacy protocols.
  • Ensure governance best practices are embedded into all project activities.

Reporting & Process Optimisation

  • Prepare and present clear, data-driven reports and dashboards to senior management.
  • Provide insights into key performance metrics, project progress, and risk factors .
  • Work closely with stakeholders to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Technology, or related disciplines).
  • Extensive project management experience within financial services , preferably within transfer agency or a related sector.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Financial industry experience and understanding of financial instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms , particularly AWS, is a plus.
  • Preferred Accreditations: PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile certifications.
