The Role
As aLunchtime Supervisory Assistant, you will:
- Supervise pupils duringlunchtime in the dining hall and playground
- Encourage positive behaviourand safe play
- Support children with theirmeals where necessary
- Help maintain a calm,inclusive, and enjoyable environment
- Follow school policies onsafeguarding, health, and safety
The Ideal Candidate
You will:
- Enjoy working with children
- Be calm, patient, andapproachable
- Have good communication andteamwork skills
- Be reliable and able tofollow school procedures
- Be proactive in your role toorganise games and activities on the playground
- Be able to support childrenwith friendship issues
- Be able to support childrenwith first aid when required
- Experience working withchildren is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided
