- Drivehigh-quality teaching and learning through coaching, mentoring andprofessional development.
- Support Early Career Teachers and colleagues tocontinually develop their practice.
- Monitorthe quality of education and use evidence to secure improvements inoutcomes for pupils.
- Contributeto strategic school improvement and curriculum development.
- Work collaboratively with senior leaders to strengthen assessmentpractices and curriculum implementation.
- Promotea culture of inclusion, high expectations and aspiration for every child.

- Is an excellent classroom teacher with a proven record of securingstrong outcomes for pupils and is experienced in behaviour management.
