We are recruiting a Head Lighting AV Technician on behalf of a high-profile events and conference venue in Central London. The venue delivers a wide range of domestic and international events, including conferences, exhibitions, award ceremonies, corporate events, and live productions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading on lighting operations, including patching, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
- Providing technical leadership, training, and mentoring to AV Technicians in lighting disciplines.
- Rigging and de-rigging audio, lighting, video/data, and display systems.
- Ensuring all work complies with Health & Safety regulations and venue procedures.
- Supporting live events and working directly with clients, demonstrating strong communication and customer-facing skills.
- Working collaboratively with wider technical and operational teams to deliver seamless events.
