Our client is looking for a candidate from a professional services firm who will confidently take full responsibility for delivering operational and technical onsite support while managing the event spaces.
Salary: Up To £42,000 + Company Benefits

Person Specification:
- Must be well presented at all times/smart business attire.
- Well organized, flexible and able to approach different tasks during the working day.
- Willing to undertake training and examinations to improve technical knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to strict deadlines.
- Possess a strong understanding of digital AV environments, IT terminology including network architecture and structured cabling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support & manage event spaces from an operational/technical perspective on a day-to-day basis in collaboration with the wider AV Team.
- Take overall ownership of events from conception to completion by deploying the best-fit resources.
- Work closely with onsite AV Manager to ensure events are sufficiently resourced, including sub-contracting where applicable.
- Serve as a main point of contact and subject matter expert to clients and planners for presentation and live broadcast events.
- Support & manage webinars.
- Devise, document, maintain and implement operating procedures for auditorium and event support rooms.
- Mentor AV Technicians to cover/support events as required.
- Conduct client debrief, obtaining customer feedback and discuss areas for continual improvement.
- Collate and provide post-event reporting, stats, and client feedback as required.
- Assist with the setting up and supporting of presentations/conferences across the estate.
- Provide white glove/meet and greet service that manages technical logistics for large complex events, town halls and special events.
- Generate daily reports and contact VIP clients to establish the full nature of meeting and event requirements (as required).
- Ensure routine checks and testing across all event-related hardware and systems functionality.
- Work alongside onsite AV Manager for coordination and management of repairs via pro AV helpdesk teams.
- Work alongside onsite AV Manager for coordination and ownership of software/firmware upgrades/processes.
- Always remain client-facing and calm under pressure.
