Responsibilities:

  • Managing live event projects from pre-production through on-site delivery.
  • Acting as technical lead on events, ensuring smooth, high-quality execution.
  • Producing technical quotes using HireTrack (or similar rental management systems).
  • Liaising directly with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Scheduling and coordinating freelance technical crews.
  • Working closely with senior Project Managers to deliver complex international events.

  • 23 years experience in AV, live events, or event production is essential.
  • Previous project management experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong technical understanding of live event delivery.
