The Operations Manager sits at the heart of Bow Arts operations, acting as the link between departments and managing HR, Governance, IT and administration. This is a hands‑on, varied role with scope to shape and improve the systems that keep the organisation running.
You will oversee business administration, including day‑to‑day office operations, supporting senior leadership, coordinating cross‑departmental initiatives, and ensuring policies and procedures are current and embedded across the organisation.
