Join our Revenue Services Department (Income Collection & Enforcement Team) and play a vital role in the recovery and enforcement of parking penalty charge notices.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the enforcement process post-charge certificate stage, exercising sound judgment and discretion in handling cases.
- Process and scan incoming correspondence.
- Register debt with the Traffic Enforcement Centre.
- Prepare Orders for Recovery and Warrants of Control.
- Collaborate with external enforcement agents to recover outstanding penalty charge notices.
- Manage day-to-day casework in line with parking recovery procedures.
- Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and written correspondence.
- Experience in Parking Debt Recovery, with a solid understanding of processes from PCN issuance onward.
- Strong communication, administrative, and organisational skills.
- The ability to handle a high volume of cases efficiently and professionally.
The role will involve working from the office (TH Car Pound/Whitechapel Town Hall) and remote working, subject to service needs.
