We are recruiting for a Waste Services Support Officer to join our Waste Services team within Public Realm. If you are passionate about supporting frontline services, committed to delivering efficient and effective outcomes, and have experience in business administration, finance, or payroll processes, we would love to hear from you.
In this role, you will:
- Provide business, financial, and administrative support to Waste Services
- Support performance reporting, payroll processes, and data management
- Assist with procurement, supplier coordination, and customer enquiries
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Experience in business support, administration, or similar roles
- Experience using IT systems and managing data, including Excel, database management, written communication, ordering processes, and stock control, with a strong eye for detail
- Knowledge of financial or operational processes within a service environment
- Strong communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse community
