About the Role
We are recruiting for a Waste Services Senior Support Officer (Staffing) to join our Waste Services team within Public Realm. If you are passionate about supporting operational service delivery, committed to achieving positive outcomes, and bring experience in HR administration and payroll processes, we would love to hear from you.
In this role, you will:
- Provide HR and payroll administrative support to Waste Services and operational managers
- Coordinate payroll submissions, resolve pay queries, and maintain workforce data
- Support employee relations processes, including sickness, disciplinary, and casework
About You
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Experience in HR administration and payroll systems
- Experience supporting managers with staffing or employee‑related matters
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and data handling requirements
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and data management
