We are recruiting for a Systems & Compliance Manager to join our Improvements, Systems and Transactions Service within the Finance Department. Are you an experienced finance professional with a passion for financial systems, governance and continuous improvement? We are seeking a Systems and Compliance Manager to lead the Council's financial systems and compliance function, ensuring strong financial controls, robust governance and efficient financial operations.
In this key role, you will oversee the administration of Unit4/Agresso, manage financial system controls and user access, support audits and compliance activity, and provide leadership to a specialist team. You will work closely with finance, procurement, auditors and corporate systems teams to deliver effective financial processes and high quality management information.

- You are experienced in financial systems administration, particularly Unit4/Agresso.
- You have a strong understanding of financial governance, compliance and audit requirements.
- You are skilled in reporting, data analysis and financial process improvement.
