We are looking for an exceptional and motivated leader to manage our Special Educational Needs Assessment and Review (SENAR) Service. This key role leads statutory assessment and review functions, drives high-quality case management, service improvement and strong partnership working across education, health and care.
- Lead statutory assessment and review functions of the SENAR Service.
- Drive high-quality case management and service improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong partnership working across education, health and care sectors.
- Lead, mentor and support the SENAR team.
- Ensure compliance with statutory responsibilities and SEND best practice.
Qualifications and Experience
- Substantial experience of SEND services and a strong grasp of statutory responsibilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead teams with confidence, sound judgement and a clear commitment to improving outcomes for children, young people and their families.
- Excellent communication and partnership working skills across education, health and care.
- Demonstrated ability to drive service improvement and continue to develop and maintain a high-performance team.
