We are recruiting for a Waste Services Senior Support Officer (Staffing) to join our Waste Services team within Public Realm. If you are passionate about supporting operational service delivery, committed to achieving positive outcomes, and bring experience in HR administration and payroll processes, we would love to hear from you.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide HR and payroll administrative support to Waste Services and operational managers
  • Coordinate payroll submissions, resolve pay queries, and maintain workforce data
  • Support employee relations processes, including sickness, disciplinary, and casework
