Tower Hamlets Homes Ltd is seeking a Senior SEND Preparing for Adulthood Officer to join the SEND Preparing for Adulthood Team within Children's Services.

This permanent role is 35 hours per week and focuses on leading EHCP/Annual Review processes and higher-level casework in Preparing for Adulthood.
