12 months Fixed Term/Secondment – Fixed term for external candidates and secondment for internal candidates. We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and customer focused Resident Liaison Co-ordinator to join our Property Services Team to help deliver capital works projects. The post will be reporting to the Project Manager.

This investment is part of a dedicated housing improvement program aimed at ensuring council tenants have safe, secure, and energy efficient homes. At the heart of London’s east end, and a stone throw away from the city, we provide housing and housing services to 21,000 Londoners, with an even split between tenants and leaseholders.
You will need:
- Two years’ experience in resident liaison roles dealing with refurbishment works in the public or private sector.
- Experience in liaising with housing management and customer service teams.
- Significant experience in dealing with members of the public in stressful and complex environments.
- An ability to build relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
- Strong written communication skills and an ability to communicate matters in a structured way.
- A wide range of knowledge of refurbishment processes.
- Be passionate about delivering the best possible results for your residents.
