About The Role
Build culture, capability and future talent. Tower Hamlets is recruiting a Head of Organisational Effectiveness to lead organisational development, learning and workforce inclusion. This role is central to building a high‐performing organisation and supporting transformation.
What you'll do
- Lead the organisational development and learning strategy
- Build leadership capability and support culture change across the council
- Deliver a high‐quality learning offer for leaders, managers and employees
- Support transformation programmes with OD expertise and insight
- Develop workforce planning, succession and talent development approaches
- Embed inclusion and ensure access to development opportunities

- Strong senior OD or L&D leadership experience
- Experience leading large-scale organisational change
