We are recruiting for an Executive Support Officer (ESO) to join our Executive Support Team on a 6‐month fixed‐term basis. If you are passionate about supporting senior leaders, enabling effective decision‐making, and delivering high‐quality executive support, committed to achieving positive outcomes, and bring proven experience in a fast‐paced administrative or governance environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high‐level diary management, meeting coordination, and administrative support to senior leaders, ensuring priorities are effectively managed.
  • Lead on meeting preparation, including drafting agendas, collating papers, and producing accurate and timely minutes and action logs.
  • Support governance processes, including forward planning, tracking actions, and ensuring compliance with organisational and statutory requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activity across the service.

Qualifications

  • Experience providing executive or senior‐level administrative support within a complex organisation.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
  • A good understanding of governance processes, meeting management, and the importance of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse community.
