We are recruiting for an Executive Support Officer (ESO) to join our Executive Support Team on a 6‑month fixed‑term basis. If you are passionate about supporting senior leaders, enabling effective decision‑making, and delivering high‑quality executive support, committed to achieving positive outcomes, and bring proven experience in a fast‑paced administrative or governance environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑level diary management, meeting coordination, and administrative support to senior leaders, ensuring priorities are effectively managed.
- Lead on meeting preparation, including drafting agendas, collating papers, and producing accurate and timely minutes and action logs.
- Support governance processes, including forward planning, tracking actions, and ensuring compliance with organisational and statutory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activity across the service.
Qualifications
- Experience providing executive or senior‑level administrative support within a complex organisation.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
- A good understanding of governance processes, meeting management, and the importance of accuracy and confidentiality.
