We are recruiting for a Business Support Officer on a 12-month fixed-term contract, working 17.5 hours per week within the centralised Business Support Hub. The role will provide high-quality administrative and business support across council services, with a focus on effective communication, digital working and strong customer service. Based within the Health and Adults Social Care Business Support Service, the post holder will work with East London Foundation Trust partners to support the Bethnal Green Neighbourhood Mental Health Team.
Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with LBTH and NHS Support meetings and panels such as Safeguarding, MDT, QAM
- Work on case management systems such as Mosaic and RIO
- Support data quality exercises and manage data reports
About You
- Strong administrative or business support experience
- Confidence in using IT systems, databases and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Good organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines
- A flexible, proactive and solution‑focused approach
