About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilledSystems Improvement Officerto help shape the future of housing services in Tower Hamlets. You’ll work at the intersection of IT and service delivery, designing and implementing system enhancements that improve efficiency and customer experience.
This is a career-graded role, offering development opportunities across grades J to L, with increasing responsibility for project leadership, strategic system development, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
·Act as subject matter expert on housing systems and functionality.
·Lead small to medium-sized system improvement projects.
·Analyse data to identify service improvements and data cleansing opportunities.
·Collaborate with Business Analysts, IT teams, and service managers to deliver business solutions.
·Develop training materials and support documentation for system users.
·Represent housing services in system specification and implementation with suppliers and strategic partners.
·Ensure systems align with corporate objectives and support cultural change.
