We are seeking to recruit dedicated and committed long term support officers to take up posts within our Locality teams.
Do you want to have a hugely positive impact on adults and their carers in our communities? Your role will involve working with adults aged 18 years and upwards, promoting wellbeing and supporting people to achieve the outcomes that are important in their life.
You will hold a varied caseload, carrying out assessments and reviews focussing on the strengths of the person, their families, carers and local communities to promote independence. You will be committed to working in a strength based, outcome focussed way and to making a difference to the lives of the individuals and families which you work with.
