The SENAR team is responsible for carrying out Education Health & Care (EHC) needs assessments, issuing and maintaining EHC plans and coordinating the educational placement of children and young people with SEND.

We are seeking highly motivated assistant SEN caseworkers to support the EHCP process. They will also be required to deal effectively with queries from schools and parents about the progress of SEND Statutory Assessments and other related matters. Experience of liaising with children, families and professionals, together with experience of SEN processes and legislation is essential. The ability to use the Synergy education management software is desirable.
