Job Description
We’re looking for a Participation Manager to join Outside Edge Theatre Company, the UK’s leading theatre company and participatory arts charity focused on addiction.
This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Brady Arts Centre office in London (E1 5HU), with a salary of £35,000-£37,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
The Participation Manager will oversee our growing programme of participatory arts workshops, support our facilitators and volunteers, and play a key role in the smooth running of our operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, organised, and proactive individual who wants to make a meaningful impact through theatre. If you have experience in project management, participatory arts, or charity operations, we’d love to hear from you.
