Magic Me, the UK’s leading intergenerational arts charity, is seeking a strategic, data-literate Marketing and Communications Manager for a brand-new permanent role. Following deep community consultations, we are ready to elevate our public profile and become far more visible across the multiple spaces and sectors we operate in.
Responsibilities
Move beyond administrative workflows to actively grow our audiences, optimise our CRM (Beacon) and analytics, and act as our brand guardian. Join us part‑way through a co‑created strategy process to shape storytelling leading up to our new 5‑year strategy launch (2027‑2032) and our milestone 40th anniversary in 2029.
Employment Details
Salary: £40,000 – £43,000 PA pro rata (£20,000 – £21,500 total)
Hours: 2.5 days/week (17.5 hours), Permanent
Location: Bethnal Green, East London / Hybrid negotiable
