Magic Me, the UK’s leading intergenerational arts charity, is seeking a strategic, data-literate Marketing and Communications Manager for a brand-new permanent role. Following deep community consultations, we are ready to elevate our public profile and become far more visible across the multiple spaces and sectors we operate in.

Responsibilities

  • Move beyond administrative workflows to actively grow our audiences, optimise our CRM (Beacon) and analytics, and act as our brand guardian.
  • Join us part‑way through a co‑created strategy process to shape storytelling leading up to our new 5‑year strategy launch (2027‑2032) and our milestone 40th anniversary in 2029.

Employment Details

  • Salary: £40,000 – £43,000 PA pro rata (£20,000 – £21,500 total)
  • Hours: 2.5 days/week (17.5 hours), Permanent
  • Location: Bethnal Green, East London / Hybrid negotiable
