We Are Hiring! SEEAC are looking for an experienced and values-driven Executive Director to lead the organisation through its next stage of growth and impact. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a community-led organisation working to champion East and Southeast Asian communities across the UK.
Key Details:
- Salary: Up to £50,000 FTE (pro rata, depending on experience)
- Contract: 12-month initial contract
- Hours: 0.8 FTE (4 days per week)
- Location: Hybrid (East London and remote)
We're looking for someone with:
- Senior leadership experience in the charity, cultural or community sector
- A strong track record in fundraising and partnership development
- Experience overseeing organisational strategy, governance and finance
- A commitment to equity, representation and community empowerment
