We Are Hiring! SEEAC are looking for an experienced and values-driven Executive Director to lead the organisation through its next stage of growth and impact. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a community-led organisation working to champion East and Southeast Asian communities across the UK.

Key Details:

  • Salary: Up to £50,000 FTE (pro rata, depending on experience)
  • Contract: 12-month initial contract
  • Hours: 0.8 FTE (4 days per week)
  • Location: Hybrid (East London and remote)

  • Senior leadership experience in the charity, cultural or community sector
  • A strong track record in fundraising and partnership development
  • Experience overseeing organisational strategy, governance and finance
  • A commitment to equity, representation and community empowerment
