Tower Construction is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support our continued growth across Essex and Greater London. Founded in 2015, Tower Group delivers construction, refurbishment, and remediation projects across sectors including MOD, rail, public sector, major loss insurance, and other regulated environments. We typically deliver projects ranging from £50k to £3m, with a strong forward order book into 2026 and beyond.
The Role
This is a senior, hands-on position suited to a Quantity Surveyor who is confident operating autonomously and managing the commercial delivery of multiple projects. The role will involve full project commercial responsibility, including cost control, subcontract procurement, valuations, variations, and reporting, working closely with our Commercial Director, pre-construction team, contracts managers, and site teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within construction
- Strong understanding of cost reporting, subcontractor management, and procurement
- Experience working with JCT and/or NEC forms of contract
- Organised, commercially astute, and confident working independently
- Essex-based (or within a reasonable commuting distance of Rayleigh, Essex)
