Tower Construction is looking to recruit an experienced Machine Excavator Driver (up to 14T) to support upcoming works across Essex.

Founded in 2015, Tower Group delivers construction, refurbishment, and remediation projects across a variety of sectors including MOD, rail, public sector, major loss insurance, and other regulated environments. We typically deliver projects ranging from £50k to £3m, with a strong forward order book into 2026 and beyond.

The Role

This is a hands‑on position operating excavators up to 14 tonnes, supporting groundworks, enabling works, and light demolition where required. You will work closely with site teams to maintain productivity while operating safely and professionally.

  • Relevant CPCS or NPORS excavator tickets (up to 14T)
  • Proven experience in groundworks and site‑based excavation works
  • A strong safety‑first attitude and good site communication
