Tower Construction is looking to recruit an experienced HSEQ Manager to support our continued growth across Essex and Greater London.

Founded in 2015, Tower Group delivers construction, refurbishment, and remediation projects across a variety of sectors including MOD, rail, public sector, major loss insurance, and other regulated environments. We typically deliver projects ranging from £50k to £3m, with a strong forward order book into 2026 and beyond.

The Role

This is a key position responsible for strengthening and maintaining compliance across the business, supporting projects and teams to ensure high standards of health & safety, environmental management, and quality assurance. You will work closely with senior management, site teams, and external stakeholders to manage and improve our HSEQ systems, support audits and inspections, and ensure best practice is maintained across all sites.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in an HSEQ role within construction or a similar environment
  • Strong working knowledge of H&S legislation and compliance requirements
  • Experience managing audits, inspections, and continuous improvement
  • Confident supporting site teams and maintaining professional standards
  • Strong communication, organisational, and reporting skills
  • Essex-based (or within a reasonable commuting distance of Rayleigh, Essex)

This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone who can operate autonomously and take ownership of HSEQ across the business.
