We are currently recruiting a Housekeeping Manager who will oversee the Housekeeping team and day-to-day cleanliness of our club in Tower Bridge. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Management of the Housekeeping team
  • Interacting with Customers daily and providing exceptional customer service
  • Keeping all areas and facilities clean and presentable including the gym, reception area, lounges, studios, changing rooms and more
  • Maintaining cleanliness of all fitness equipment
  • Keeping fresh towels and consumables stocked
  • Escalate any issues such as broken equipment, dispensers, burned out lights, etc.
  • Work together as part of a larger team across all departments
  • Ad-hoc duties as requested

Ideal candidate and personal qualities:

  • Experience within a similar role - desirable
  • Attention to detail, takes pride in their role
  • Previous experience in supervising/leading a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • Flexible, hardworking and committed
