The individual will act on behalf of the owner to ensure control systems and monitoring platforms align with design intent and operational requirements.
Responsibilities include enforcing commissioning strategies, reviewing test methodologies, and validating failure mode and redundancy testing.
The position requires conducting design reviews, overseeing vendors, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Additionally, the role supports the transition to steady-state operations through documentation approval and handover processes.## Required Qualifications and Skills Candidates must hold a degree in Engineering, specifically in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, or an equivalent field.
The role requires 8 to 12 years of experience in BMS or controls commissioning.
