We are a dynamic academy seeking experienced teachers to work as individual tutors on a part‑time supply basis in Northamptonshire. The role requires a genuine enthusiasm for working with challenging young people and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents and external agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality lessons and support the learning of individual pupils across a range of subjects.
  • Build positive relationships with young people, families and the wider community.
  • Work flexibly and independently, as well as within the teaching team, to meet the needs of the school.
  • Manage time and resources efficiently, maintaining accurate attendance and progress records.

Qualifications

  • Teaching qualification and relevant experience with young people.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage challenging pupils.
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.

Salary & Contract

Pay is on an hourly basis, ranging from M1 £32,916 to M6 £45,352 FTE, with a start date as soon as possible and ongoing post‑vacancy.
