Overview
Touro\’s Lander College of Men\’s is hiring adjunct faculty in the athletic department. Adjuncts are responsible for instruction, course preparation, developing instructional materials, student advisement, grading, and assessment as a member of the instructional team of a school or academic department.
Responsibilities
- Prepares and delivers lectures to undergraduate students
- Prepare course materials including: syllabi, exams, homework assignments, and handouts
- Creating a classroom environment where students feel comfortable participating and learning
- Preparing students for assessments and providing helpful performance feedback
- Maintains regularly scheduled office hours in order to advise and assist students checking college emails regularly
- Keeping up-to-date with advancements in the field and integrating new knowledge into curriculum

- Previous college level athletic teaching experience preferred
