We are looking for a strategic leader to head our Core Infrastructure team and help us define the future of our internal platform. We believe in empowering our engineering teams by removing friction and automating the heavy lifting. In this role, we want you to be the catalyst that transforms our infrastructure into a competitive advantage, ensuring delivery is sustainable, scalable, and healthy.

What You Will Do
- Cultivate a highâperforming environment where we nurture our talent through coaching, feedback, and autonomy.
- Champion the Developer Experience (DevEx) by deeply understanding our users' pain points and prioritising solutions that make shipping code a joy.
- Lead the design and maintenance of core infrastructure products for a selfâserve platform that empower product teams to move fast without breaking things.
- Drive key architectural decisions and streamline processes to ensure our platform is efficient, secure, and costâeffective.
- Partner with stakeholders and engineering teams to translate complex business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions.
- Own the delivery of impactful initiatives, balancing the need for speed with the necessity of reliability and longâterm health.
What You Will Bring
- A productâfirst mindset with a relentless focus on solving real problems for internal developers (our customers).
- Experience leading Platform, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams with a focus on servant leadership and growth.
- Deep technical understanding of cloudânative infrastructure, specifically Kubernetes, Identity and Access Management (IAM), public cloud (GCP or AWS) and managed databases.
- Proficiency in designing and maintaining Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and GitOps workflows.
- Pragmatic decisionâmaking skills, balancing tradeâoffs between urgency, complexity, and scalability.
- Proven experience with the modern Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for infrastructure, with handsâon expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and desirably programming skills in a language such as Golang.
