We know Iceland. We're looking for someone who knows the UK travel market.
Tourism Iceland is an established Icelandic travel business with extensive destination knowledge, licensed tourism operations, and a helicopter tourism (www.glacierheli.is) company in Iceland.
With 1,500+ positive customer reviews and a newly secured UK ATOL licence, we are expanding our presence in the British travel market.
We are looking for an experienced UK Marketing & Business Development Manager to help us develop commercial partnerships, expand our distribution network, and promote Iceland holiday packages to UK travellers.
The Opportunity
You will work directly with company management to:
- Develop partnerships with UK travel agents and tour operators.
- Establish relationships with travel deal platforms, affiliate networks and B2B distributors.
- Develop marketing strategies for Iceland holidays, Northern Lights experiences and adventure travel.
- Identify new commercial opportunities and distribution channels.
- Drive measurable bookings and revenue growth.
- 5+ years of experience in the UK travel industry.
- Established relationships with UK travel agents, tour operators or travel distributors.
- Experience in travel marketing, destination promotion or holiday packages.
- Knowledge of Iceland as a travel destination is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial and business development skills.
