Head Waiter, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal
Working pattern: 3 doubles, 2 singles per week.
Monday to Sunday, 48‑50 hours a week with varying shift patterns including weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Ensuring all orders are posted correctly
- Serving guests with a focus on storytelling
- Handling cashier duties
- Supervising Chef de rangs and Commis de rangs
Qualifications
- Great fluency in English.
- Previous experience as a Head Waiter in a high‑quality establishment.
- Experience in a Michelin‑starred restaurant is desirable.
