- CONCIERGE ASSISTANT, ONE HYDE PARK
- 3 days on, 3 days off, 12 hour shifts
We’re looking for a Concierge Assistant to join our Concierge team at One Hyde Park.
Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional service to our residents and their guests
- Doorman duties
- Porter duties
- Valet parking duties
- Cover the Concierge desk when required
As a Concierge Assistant you will work on a 3 on, 3 off rotating shift basis of 12‑hour shifts, covering weekends, bank holidays and occasional night shifts.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid UK driving licence is essential (advanced licence preferred).
- Previous 5* hotel or residences experience.
- A charming and outgoing personality with excellent manners and communication skills.
- Efficient in multi‑tasking in high‑pressure environments.
- Flexible availability.
